When Bader Rutter's headquarters moved from Brookfield to Milwaukee, it embraced the location's industrial roots with a modern industrial build. No detail of this new space was overlooked, down to the design of the coffee bags on display in the lobby coffee bar and given away to anyone visiting the office.
